In Mendoza, Argentina, purple garlic (*Morado*) is a key local industry; however, transforming high-quality raw material into competitive products requires a reliable processing line. After visiting a garlic processing plant operated by AG—a long-term partner of GELGOOG—and witnessing a production line that remained stable after four years of operation, a local enterprise decided to partner with GELGOOG.
Instead of offering off-the-shelf equipment, GELGOOG designed a customized, "waste-minimizing" grading and utilization solution tailored to the raw material's characteristics, the facility layout, and target markets. High-quality cloves are packaged for the fresh market; secondary-grade yet marketable cloves are processed into garlic flakes or crispy garlic; and damaged cloves are converted into garlic powder or paste. Over the following three years, GELGOOG engineers made repeated visits to Argentina to provide installation, commissioning, training, and spare parts support, prioritizing a long-term partnership over a one-off transaction.
