Introduction

Instant noodle production line adopts PLC control with high degree of automation, basically realizing automation from dough mixing, pressing, frying and air-cooling to packaging. The instant noodle with short rehydration time, high quality, adjustable oil content, and glutenous taste. Perfect supporting instant noodle packaging system, automatic packaging, feeding, capping, packing, can realize the overall linkage of automatic operation.

 

The instant noodle manufacturing machine can realize the integrated production of square instant noodle, round instant noodle, bag instant noodle and cup instant noodle to meet different market demands.

  • Flexible design of steaming machine: the steaming machine can be equipped with optional single-layer or multi-layer mesh belt design for a more reasonable layout.
  • High-efficiency frying machine: the frying machine is equipped with oil circulation system and automatic instant noodle arrangement system, using low-pressure boiler steam source in order to reduce energy consumption, make the oil temperature distribution more uniform, more efficient and less labor.

Processing Flow

Dough Mixing

Mix the flour and water evenly to facilitate the next step of the pressing process

Pressing

The molded dough sheet is continuously calendered by multiple rollers to form dough sheets of the required thickness, and then cut into strips

Steaming

Steam the rippled noodles in separate rows into the steamer, using steam heat to make the noodles mushy and fix the shape

Cutting

Cut the noodles into square or round shape according to the requirement, and put it into the box after blowing and shaping

Frying

Set the frying temperature and time according to the thickness and size of the noodle cake to ensure the consistency of the finished product

Cooling

The noodle cake are cooled by strong air cooling to make them cool down quickly, so as to facilitate packaging and storage
