The cassava chips production line delivered this time adopts an external heating and frying system, integrating a number of innovative designs:

Upper and lower double-layer mesh belt structure: The structure is simple, and the conveying speed is accurately adjusted through frequency conversion, which can not only ensure that the materials are fried evenly, but also facilitate cleaning and maintenance.

Fully automatic control of the frying process: to achieve process stability and ensure that each cassava chip has uniform color and consistent taste.

Split design: improves equipment operation efficiency, ensures uniform and stable oil temperature and oil flow, and further guarantees the quality of finished products.

During the trial run, this production line won praise from customers for its excellent frying effect. Actual test data showed that the maximum output of the equipment could reach 550kg/h, exceeding the expected target.
